1. Shipping and Delivery: We can ship the products directly at your given address. We will ship your product in 3-7 business days, however if unfortunately, more time is needed, an email will be dropped at your given mail.

2. Returns and Refunds: We will not be taking any returns or refunds. 

3. Product Descriptions and Accuracy: We take pride in providing accurate and detailed product descriptions. However, if you encounter any discrepancies between the advertised product and the received item, please reach out to our customer support team.

NOTE: The designs for products like paper mache may vary. You will be contacted about the designs available shortly after placing the order

5. Payment and Pricing: We accept major credit cards, debit cards and UPI payments and bank transfers.  Prices are listed in rupees. In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order, and we will notify you regarding the correction.
